Juan C. Molina Promoted to General Manager in Training

Boise, Idaho – PedSafety and Pelco Solutions are proud to announce the promotion of Juan C. Molina to the position of General Manager (in training). This well-earned advancement recognizes his outstanding contributions, expertise, and dedication to the company’s continued success.

 

About Juan

Juan, originally from Ecuador, began his journey with PedSafety in 2014 when he joined the Technical Assistance Department. His technical abilities and problem-solving skills quickly distinguished him, earning him a promotion to Engineering Technical Coordinator in 2019, where he showcased his strong engineering acumen. Juan’s expertise in troubleshooting and engineering, combined with his extensive knowledge of the assembly process, led to his appointment as Production Manager in 2022, a position where he has thrived.

His commitment to manufacturing philosophies and passion for knowledge-sharing have made a lasting impact on the team. Known for his approachable leadership style and ability to connect with team members at all levels, he frequently encourages supervisors to follow his example and expand their expertise. During his tenure at PedSafety, Juan achieved a significant academic milestone, earning his Bachelor of Applied Science with a Minor in Business from Boise State University in 2022.

 

Juan’s Appointment

As General Manager (in training), Juan will take on new leadership responsibilities, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the company’s mission. His experience and vision will play a vital role in driving PedSafety forward.
